Refund Policy

Essay Land are working non-stop to provide the best service to its customers. We understand that sometimes a customer might not be happy with the paper and would want a refund on the order. We have created refund policies that are aimed at guiding customers regarding the refund procedure. Before placing a refund request with our customer representative, kindly go through the policies stated below.

Late Delivery

• We are known in the market to deliver every order well before time. Our customers have never felt any issue regarding the late delivery of orders.

• In the rarest of cases, if we are not able to deliver the work in the given deadline then we inform the customer of the situation beforehand. However, if the paper is not delivered by the given deadline and customer needs it on the given date, then with mutual understanding a certain amount is decided which is then refunded.

Low-Quality Work

• In case, the customer is not happy with the content, they can opt for our service of unlimited revisions. With this offer, the customer can get the paper amended until he is satisfied with the paper.

• Even after 7 revisions, if the customer is not satisfied with paper, he must approach our customer support and put in a refund request. If the customer approaches a third party before talking to us, the Essay Land holds the right to reject any refund request completely as that would be termed as a breach of contract between the customer and the company.

• If the customer feels that the content is not original and comprises of plagiarised material, then the customer will have to provide proof of the accusation. The inquiry team will look into the matter and based on the proof, a refund amount will be decided.

Wrongly Charged Due To Technical Issues

• If the client is charged twice of the payment from his credit card, he can inform the support staff. The management of Essay Land will immediately return the extra amount that is credited from the customer.
